Three Course Experience

Starter

Gulf Shrimp Cantonese

Three delicately breaded shrimp fried golden brown, served with our sweet Damson plum & hot mustard

Rib King Salad

An assortment of fresh greens topped with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and croutons

Entree

Order of ribs 

The Original World-Famous Pork Loin Back Ribs (6-7 bones)

Rib & Chicken Combination 

Our world-famous ribs served with our All-natural, farm-raised barbeque spring chicken

Coho Salmon

Also known as silver salmon – grilled or blackened to perfection

Two Grilled Pork Chops

Extra-thick, hand cut pork chops served with onion straws and Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce

Buttery puffed pastry shell stuffed with Graeter’s vanilla ice cream and topped with hot fudge
